Appointment Reminders to Mobile (Cell) Phone Numbers for Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Assessments

AAIDD offers an optional SMS text message reminder service for Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) assessments.

Participation in SMS text messaging appointment reminders is optional and is not required to receive services.

Individuals opt in verbally when their assessment is scheduled and may decline without affecting their access to any services.

Message frequency: Recipients receive up to two (2) appointment reminder messages per scheduled assessment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
