Sponsorship, Exhibits and Advertising Opportunities

Please be aware of scams targeting our Exhibitors/Sponsors:

It has come to our attention that some groups are contacting our exhibitors and sponsor offering our  conference list of Attendees or offering to make their hotel reservations.  If you are contacted about this offering or any other, they are scams.  AAIDD does not work with with outside vendor to offer these type of services.  We have not sold neither make the list available to anybody, these companies are by no means affiliate with AAIDD.

AAIDD is a leader in the field and it’s Annual Meeting is the meeting of intellectual disability professionals and is an ideal way to reach your target audience.

Our Annual Meeting is being planned as a hybrid event with both in person with a virtual component.  Our exhibits will be held at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront and all sponsors and exhibitors will receive a virtual exhibit booth.
