Registration Information and Deadlines
Pre-Registration Deadline
Registration will close on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at midnight (EST)
Payment Policy
Payment can be provided in one of two ways:
- Via credit card online at the time of registration
- Via check and accompanying hard copy registration form can be mailed to our office. Please note, due to delayed USPS delivery times, we encourage you to mail your check as early as possible. We will, unfortunately, be unable to credit
registrations for checks received after Thursday, June 1, 2023. If you need an invoice, please contact us.
- Invoices can be created for government or higher education institutions, please contact us.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email only, and a $50 processing
fee will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds will be issued for cancellations requested on or before May 26, 2023.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after this date, that includes lunch tickets, and special events. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Registration Substitution
Registration substitutions of equal membership levels will be accepted. Such requests must be made in writing, and by the original registrant. Submit requests to gherald@aaidd.org.
Registration Confirmation
A registration confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder first, if the email is not there, then contact us.
