Conference registration is for one conference
in two venues.

Attendees may participate in both venues or opt to participate in only one.

There is no “discounted rate”
for attending only one venue.

Additional fees are required for the following events:

*This is comp lunch however a ticket is required.

Registration Deadline

Registration will close on Thurdsay, June 2, 2022. 

Payment Policy

Payment can be provided in one of two ways:

  • Via credit card online at the time of registration
  • Via check and accompanying hard copy registration form can be mailed to our office.  Please note, due to delayed USPS delivery times nationwide, we encourage you to mail your check as early as possible.  We will, unfortunately, be unable to credit registrations for checks received after Friday, June 2nd.   If you need an invoice, please contact us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested in writing no later than June 2, 2022.  No refunds will be issued after June 2, 2022. 

A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Registration Substitution

Registration substitutions of equal membership levels will be accepted.  Such requests must be made in writing, and by the original registrant. Submit requests to
