AAIDD Virtual Professional Development Opportunities:
Exclusively for AAIDD Members

Offered at no cost to AAIDD members only. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

  • Crucial Conversations - monthly 45-minute small-group dialogues with AAIDD thought leaders on emerging issues and responses from the field.
  • Attendance is limited to 15 AAIDD members
  • The format is a brief presentation from the host followed by discussion with participants ("conversation" is in the name!)
  • Are not recorded to encourage frank discussion
  • Are designed to provide access to emerging knowledge and effective responses

We suggest registering early because these will fill up fast. We will do our best to maintain a waiting list, and ask those whose schedules change to let us know so the seat can be filled from the waiting list.
