Continuing Education Credit
AAIDD is pleased to offer continuing professional education sponsored by Catalight.
Attendees from a variety of disciplines may be eligible to earn continuing education credit. Catalight Academy offers CEs for mental health professionals, social workers, and other licensed professionals.
Learners who complete the session requirements* will receive a certificate for 1 Continuing Education (CE) credit for the following disciplines: APA, ACE, CAMFT, IACET, and SLP. Certificates issued by Academy include all necessary information for learners to submit the certificate to their individual state or licensing board for credit. • APA (American Psychological Association) credits are widely accepted for mental health clinical continuing education units.
• CAMFT credits are commonly accepted for social workers and related professional's
continuing education units..
Clinicians should check with their individual board or state to confirm acceptance of APA or CAMFT continuing education credits.
Refund Policy
Catalight does not offer
refunds in accordance with its refund policy.

Requirements
Three (3) pre-conference sessions at the 2026 AAIDD conference are eligible for CEs. Learners must
- Register for one of these sessions with AAIDD and pay the AAIDD registration fee of $20. No later than June 8 AAIDD will email registered learners with the information to register for CEs in the Catalight Academy.
- Also register in the Catalight Academy platform prior to the start of the session and (a) pay the Catalight CE fee of $30, (b) participate during the session, and (c) complete a post test to receive their certificate.
