Leadership
The governing body of the Association is the Board of Directors as stated in our Constitution and Bylaws. The Board of Directors shall direct and supervise the activities of the Corporation to promote the Corporation’s purposes.
The membership of the Board of Directors shall consist of the President, President-elect, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, the immediate past President of the Corporation, and four (4) Directors elected by the membership at large.
