Hotel Information

All conference sessions and exhibits will take place at the Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel.  We encourage you to stay at our conference venue hotel not only because it will be convenient to you but also to help keep our meeting costs as low as possible. 

Please be aware that neither AAIDD nor the Louisville Downtown Marriott will send emails or call you to offer to assist you in making hotel reservations.  There are only two ways for attendees/vendors to reserve a hotel room under our special group rate, either by booking online using the customized link below or by calling the hotel directly.
