The suite of SIS tools have been extensively studied and found to be a valid measure of support needs for people with IDD in many countries.
The suite of SIS tools are available in translation from AAIDD and other publishers. Government representatives, researchers, and publishers interested in translating/adapting the SIS tool are encouraged to contact AAIDD.
