Wage: $26.04 hourly rate, which equals to $54,164.51 annual salary. Comprehensive Benefits package.

Outpatient Therapist – Adult I/DD

We are the community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist – Adult I/DD to provide evidence-based therapy to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who are receiving Network180 services. Support to psychiatric services clinic through clinical evaluations, referral services, coordination of care, discharge planning, chart prep and insurance authorization. All activities will take place either face-to-face, video meeting, or by phone.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. A flexible hybrid working arrangement may be available for this position, onsite work required most of the time. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours.
