Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a new Executive Director position.
This position will provide executive oversight of a largescale program which will help support people with disabilities and their families - by promoting flexible, quality, member-driven services and supports.
In this key leadership role you will help Liberty Healthcare establish a continuous quality assurance and improvement program to optimize a myriad facets of a complex statewide developmental disabilities service delivery system – while always keeping a person centered approach and considering individual’s strengths and abilities.
This new program will incorporate the following services:
- Continuous quality management
- HCBS provider oversight
- Technical assistance, training and education to providers
- Mortality review and reporting
- Critical incident process management
- Implementing a quality improvement data system
Your mission will be to design, develop and implement a best practice quality service program to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and achieve positive person-centered outcomes. This will involve leading a team of approximately two dozen professionals. Additionally, this is a client-facing position which will work in close partnership with a wide array of stakeholders.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least ten years of experience leading large and complex healthcare programs or organizations in service to people who have developmental disabilities – including five years specific to quality oversight of HCBS.
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a healthcare or human services field is required. Knowledge of Charting the LifeCourse, Council for Quality and Leadership Outcome Measures is preferred.
