Full Time, Evenings and weekends as needed

Our multi-disciplinary experts at the Adult Down Syndrome Center provide both medical and psycho-social care to thousands of teens and adults each year. Our team approach ensures that each patient receives the care they need along with information on resources available to them.

The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to adult patients who are referred to the rehabilitation department. This includes but is not limited to assessment, treatment, patient/family counseling, behavior programs, support, cognitive/mental status testing, psychodiagnostics interviews and personality tests.

Position Requirements:
• Ph.D. or Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology
• Successful completion of an internship in Rehabilitation Psychology
• Approved under the Allied Health Professional category of the Medical Staff with internal supervision

• Provision of Patient Care
• Patient / Family / Community Education
• Documentation
• Daily Operations
• Discharge Planning
