Position Summary
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Southeast Missouri State University Autism Center for Diagnosis and Treatment
(Full Time/Term) / Sikeston, MO

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform assessment of individuals identified with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to develop treatment plans, working with a multidisciplinary/educational team as needed
  • Create and implement treatment plans appropriate for home, center, community and educational settings, as well as assisting team with implementation
  • Contribute to data collection for state initiatives
  • Provide clinical supervision of registered behavior technicians/practicum students/interns/externs

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a service related field
  • Board certified as a Behavior Analyst
  • Licensed/license eligible in the state of Missouri as a Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder for assessment and treatment purposes
  • Ability to supervise registered behavior technicians, practicum students, interns, and externs
  • Ability to establish collaborative partnerships within the University and among regional service providers including school districts, this is a school consultation based position
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
