 s that impose restrictions on the reproductive\,\nsexual and rearing right
 s of persons with intellectual and development\ndisabilities. Dr. Kate Gua
 staferro (Pennsylvania State University) will then\ndiscuss\, &ldquo\;A st
 ory of Mothers with IDD:\nRelationships and Social Networks\,&rdquo\; a qu
 alitative study of five mothers\nwith IDD highlighting the informal and fo
 rmal support networks that may be\nuseful in interventions. Finally\, Dr. 
 Sandy Azar (Pennsylvania State\nUniversity) will discuss her chapter\, &ld
 quo\;A\nBlueprint for Systemic Change: Enhancing Services for Parents with
  Intellectual\nand Other Cognitive Disabilities&rdquo\; which details cons
 iderations for\nprevention efforts targeted towards parents with IDD. The 
 webinar is designed\nto put these chapters in conversation with one anothe
 r and inspire thoughtful\nconversation with the webinar audience. Collecti
